Return & Exchange
All Pihupearlz customers are secure with a 2-day return and exchange facility.
We offer free returns within 2 days of receiving your order – no questions asked.
Eligibility for Return
· The product must be in unworn, unused, and unaltered condition
· Must include original sealed box, invoice, tags, instruction papers, warranty, and any other accessories
· Used, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted for return
· Custom or personalized jewellery is not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error from our side
· You must provide clear video and photos during unboxing and at the time of raising a return or damage complaint
Return Process
· Our courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep within 2–3 working days after the return request is approved
· If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may self-ship the package to our warehouse using any courier company
Refund Process
· Once your returned parcel arrives at our warehouse, it will be checked and verified. After inspection, your refund will be processed.
· If paid online: Refund will be credited to the same account within 5 to 6 business days after approval
· If paid via Cash on Delivery:
You must share your bank account details via email (contactpihupearlz@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (7990070455)
The refund will be processed via UPI or IMPS within 2 to 3 days after inspection and approval
Note: For products below ₹1000, customers must either pay the return courier charges or self-ship the item back to us
Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time free size or product exchange or return/refund for all orders
For any exchange or return after the first one, courier charges will apply
Important Conditions
· Returned products must be in brand-new condition with tags and original packaging intact
· No return or refund will be accepted without unboxing video and clear photo proof
· Customised jewellery is specially made and cannot be resold, so it is not eligible for return or exchange unless it is defective
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
However, after delivery, you may raise a return request to cancel the order
The refund will be processed once we receive the returned product
Damaged or Tampered Packaging
Do not accept delivery if the package is unsealed or damaged
If any item is delivered without proper tags or appears tampered, contact us immediately at 7990070455
Photo or video proof is required for damaged or missing items
